OEN India offers Electromagnetic Latching Relays for Smart Meters. 

Series 170 – 90A Latching Relays/Energy Meter Relays are capable to withstand 5 kV dielectric strength between coil and contacts. Customised terminals can be made available to match any design requirements of the Energy Meter manufacturers.

Series 85 Relays
Series 85 relays are available in 1 Form C, 2 Form C & in 1 CK version. Respective contact ratings are 10 Amps @ 230 VAC/30 VDC for 1 Form C relay, 8 Amps @ 230 VAC/30 VDC for 2 Form C relay and 16 Amps @ 230 VAC/30 VDC for the 1CK version. The main features of these relays are:
Space saving (16 mm wide Din rail mountable socket) 
LED, free wheeling diode and polarity protection diode (optional) 
Lockable test button
Mechanical flag indicator
Available upto 230 VAC coil in AC range and up to 220 VDC in DC range
Wider terminals for better retention in socket
Flange mounting type available
UL approved, and
IEC 60255-27 compliant.
 
Series 87 Relays
These are available in 4 Form C & 2 Form C version contacts with coils upto 220 VDC in DC range & 230 VAC in AC range. Relays are available with contact ratings 6 A @ 250 VAC/28 VDC for 4 Form C & 2 Form C versions. Also 12 A @ 250 VAC/28 VDC, 2 Form C & 10 A @ 250 VAC/28 VDC, 3 From C Version, can be made available.
